经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折疗效及并发症分析

目的分析经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松脊柱骨折疗效及并发症。方法98例骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者随机分为PVP组50例和PKP组48例，分别采用经皮椎体成形术和经皮椎体后凸成形术进行治疗，比较和分析两组疗效及并发症。结果PVP组单椎手术时间、骨水泥注入量均较PKP组少（P〈0．05）；PKP组术后伤椎增加高度显著高于PVP组（P〈0．05）；两组手术前后疼痛均显著缓解，无显著差异（P〉0．05）；术后两组主要并发症均为骨水泥渗漏，无严重并发症。结论PVP是一种手术时间短、止痛效果好的骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折微创治疗手段，椎体高度均得到不同程度恢复，且稳定性较好，患者术后恢复快，生活质量明显提高。

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Complication of the Treatment in Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures by Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and complication of the treatment in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures by pereutaneous vertebroplasty （ PVP ）. Methods Ninty-eight cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into PVP group （ 50 cases ） and PKP group （ 48 cases ）, and were treated by PVP and preutaneous kyphoplasty respectively. The clinical efficacy and complications of two groups were analyzed. Results The times of centrum operation and the dosage of bone cement in the PVP group were observably lower than PKP group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The increased height of the centrum in PKP group was observably higher than PVP group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The pain of two groups before and after surgery were significantly eased, had no significant difference （P ~ 0.05 ）; The cement leakage was the main complication of two groups, and there were no serious complications. Conclusion PVP is a minimally invasive surgery with short time and good effect of relieving pain for the osteoporotie vertebral compression fractures. The height could be varying degrees increased and has good stability.
