翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术与传统手术方式的对比研究

目的探讨翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效及应用价值。方法选取单侧翼状胬肉患者65例96眼，随机分为翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术组和单纯胬肉切除术组，比较两组治疗效果。结果翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术组治愈率显著高于单纯胬肉切除术组，复发率和术后感染性角膜炎发生率也明显低于单纯胬肉切除术组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Comparative Study of Pterygium Excision Combined with Limbal Stem Cell Transplantation and Traditional Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect and value of pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation in treating pterygium. Methods All 65 patients with unilateral pterygium 96 eyes were randomly divided into pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation group and simple pterygium surgery group. The clinical effect was compared between two groups. Results Cure rate of pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation group was significantly higher than that simple pterygium surgery group, recurrence rate and the incidence of postoperative infectious keratitis were lower than that simple pterygium surgery group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation in treating pterygium is effective and should be widely applied.
