106例妇科腹腔镜手术的手术配合

目的探讨手术配合在妇科腹腔镜手术治疗妇产科疾病中的作用。方法选取我院106例妇科疾病患者，随机分为试验组、对照组。试验组给予充分的术前护理、物品准备、术中与术者良好的配合及术后护理等措施；对照组采用常规护理，比较患者的术后愈合时间、术后出血、术后感染等差异。结果试验组手术时间（45．3±10．2）min，而对照组为（63．2±8．9）min；试验组中术后出血平均为（42．6±3．6）mL，对照组为（50．3±2．6）mL；试验组术后感染1例，对照组术后感染例数6例。结论合理的手术配合能使妇科腹腔镜手术更好地顺利进行，同时能缩短手术时间、减少出血。

Gynecologic Laparoscopic Operation: An Operation Coordination of 106 Cases

Objective To explore the operation coordination in gynecological laparoscopic operation in treatment of gynecologic and obstetric diseases in rats. Methods One hundred and six cases patients with gynecological disorders, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the test group was given sufficient preoperative nursing, articles prepared, intraoperative and postoperative good cooperation and postoperative nursing measures. The control group received routine nursing, comparing patients with postoperative healing time, postoperative bleeding, infection, etc. Results the experimental group operation time was 45.3 to 10.2min, while the control group was （ 63.2±8.9 ） min; the test group of postoperative bleeding for an average of （ 42.6±3.6 ） mL, the control group was （ 50.3±2.6 ） mL; the test group cases of postoperative infection in 1 cases, control group 6 cases of postoperative infection cases. Conclusion reasonable operation can make the gynecological laparoscopic operation with better success, at the same time can shorten operation time, reduce bleeding.
