血浆纤维蛋白原水平对巴曲酶溶栓治疗突发性耳聋疗效的影响

目的 探讨血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平对巴曲酶溶栓治疗突发性耳聋疗效的影响。方法 将98例突发性耳聋患者按血浆FIB水平分为高FIB组53例和对照组45例，均采用巴曲酶治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果 两组治疗前血浆FIB水平有显著差异（P〈0．01），两组治疗后血浆FIB均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．05），治疗后高FIB组痊愈率、显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），两组治疗期间均未发生皮肤、黏膜出血等出血倾向。结论 伴血浆FIB升高的突发性耳聋患者采用巴曲酶治疗效果显著。

Efficacy of Plasma Fibrinogen Levels on the Batroxobin Thrombolytic Therapy of Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss

Objective To investigate the efficacy of plasma fibrinogen （FIB） levels on the batroxobin thrombolytic therapy of sudden sensnrineural hearing loss （SSHL）. Methods The 98 cases of SSHL were divided by plasma FIB levels of high FIB group of 53 cases and a control group of 45 cases, had been treated by batroxobin, the effect of two groups were compared. Results FIB plasma levels of two groups before treatment were significantly different （P〈0.01）, After treatment, plasma FIB decreased significantly compared with before treatment （P〈O.05）, High FIB group after treatment, the high cure rate, markedly effective rate and total effective rate was significantly higher （P〈O.O1）. There were not skin, mucous membrane bleeding and other bleeding tendencies in both groups. Conclusion The effect of batroxobin treat the patients with elevated plasma FIB in with SSHL is significant.
