| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥硝唑治疗牙周牙髓病的临床效果，探讨牙周牙髓病的有效治疗措施。方法60例牙周牙髓病患者随机分为两组，对照组（n=25）采用氢氧化钙糊剂消毒预备根管，观察组（n=35）采用奥硝唑糊剂填充根管；于治疗前、治疗后7d复查探诊深度（probing depth，PD）、探诊出血（bleeding of probing，BOP）；治疗1个月后复查BOP、PD、行X线片检查、临床症状的改善情况。结果对照组与观察组治疗后7d复查PD、BOP均有改善，治疗后明显优于治疗前，两组间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；治疗1个月后评价治疗效果，观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论奥硝唑是治疗牙周牙髓病的特效药物之一，综合治疗可达到理想治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ornidazole in treating patients with periodontal-endodontics. Methods All 60 patients with periodontal-endodontics were divided into 2 groups. The control group （ n=25 ） received calcium hydroxide paste on root canal therapy. The observation group （ n=35 ） received ornidazole paste on root canal therapy. Probing depth and bleeding of probing were reexamined before and after treatment. BOP, PD and X-ray films were checked one month after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy in observation group was much better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ornidazole has a certain cure in the treatment of periodontal-endodontics. |
