西替利嗪分散片联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的观察盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效。方法患者随机分为两组，对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪分散片10mg／晚，治疗组在对照组的基础上增加卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1—2mL肌注，隔日1次，两组患者皆治疗3个月。治疗后随访1年，观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组有效率86．67％，对照组有效率63．33％，两组有效率差异有统计学意义（Х^2=4．356，P〈0．05）。结论盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹具有显著疗效。

Curative Effect Observation on Cetirizine Hydrochloride Dispersible Tablets Combined with BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection in Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Objective To observe curative effect on cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets combined with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, and control for the oral cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets 10 mg/night; and treatment group were based on the control group to add BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection 1 to 2 mL by muscular injection every other day. Two groups of patients were treated for three months, and followed up for one year after treatment to observe the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The treatment group effective rate was 86.67%, the control group was 63.33% there was statistically significant in the efficiency between the two groups （ Х^2=4.356, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets combined with BCG polysacc.haride and nucleic acid injection in treatment of chronic urticaria has significant efficacy.
