| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁骨钩钢板和克氏针钢丝张力带两种内固定方法对肩锁关节脱位并锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法研究组42例患者均采用锁骨钩钢板内固定方法治疗，对照组40例患者均采用克氏针钢丝张力带治疗。结果研究组患者治疗优良率95．24％明显高于对照组87．50％，研究组患者的术后并发症发生率4．76％明显低于对照组25．00％，数据经统计学比较具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论锁骨钩钢板内固定术具有较好的临床疗效，能够有效减少并发症发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects of two kinds of fixation methods treating in patients of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and fracture of distal clavicle. Methods Study group with 42 cases were treated by fracture of distal clavicle fixation method, and control group with 40 cases were treated by kirschner wire tension band. Results The good rate of study group 95.24% was significantly higher than control group 87.51%, and the applications rate of study group 4.76% was significantly lower than control group 25.00% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The method of fracture of distal clavicle fixation has a better clinical effect and which could reduce the incidence of applications after treatment. |
