| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用《伤寒论》半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法以加减半夏泻心汤为主方，通过辨证加减治疗慢性胃炎89例，并与《伤寒论》半夏泻心汤治疗的60例作为对照。结果治疗组有效率为96．6％，对照组有效率为73．3％。结论加减半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的效果优于半夏泻心汤。 |

| Abstract: | objective Use ＂treatise on febrile diseases＂ sprouting heart tonga diarrhea reduced clinical observation of the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods To add and subtract ＂banxiaxiexin decoction＂ give priority to party, through the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic gastritis and 89 cases, and with ＂treatise on febrile diseases banxia xiexin decoction＂ in the treatment of 60 cases as a comparison. Results The effective rate was 96.6% in treatment group and effective rate was 73.3% in control group. Conclusion Add and subtract ＂banxia xiexin decoction＂ is better than ＂banxiaxiexin decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic gastritis effect. |
