家庭护理对老年下肢骨折并发症的影响

目的探讨如何做好老年下肢骨折患者并发症的家庭护理。方法将188例患者随机分为干预组和对照组，对照组仅于出院前进行常规宣教，干预组在此基础上进行针对性家庭护理，于6个月后对两组患者的生活满意度、护理满意度、相关并发症发生率进行比较。结果6个月后，干预组生活满意度和护理满意度评分均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；干预组和对照组在褥疮、坠积性肺炎、泌尿系感染和便秘发生方面差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论家庭护理可以减少老年下肢骨折患者并发症的发生。

Effects of Family Nursing on Lower Limb Fracture Complications in Eldly

Objective To investigate how to improve the family nursing of eldely with complications of the lower limbs fractures. Methods One hundred eighty-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and the control group only received a little health education, while the treatment group received family nursing. Six months later, the complications of two groups were compared. Results The LSIA scores and nursing satisfaction of treated group were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The complications of control group were more common six months later （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Family care can reduce the lower limb fracture complications of elderly patients.
