| 摘 要： | 目的调查佛山市肾功能正常人群血清胱抑素C（CysC）浓度的参考范围。方法采用免疫透射比浊法检测36322名肾功能正常人群血清CysC的浓度。结果5个年龄组的CysC的浓度范围：1W～2M：（1．44～2．02）mg/L；2～6M：（0．99～1．69）mg／L；6M-2Y：（0．78～1．24）mg／L；2～60Y：（0．68～1．08）mg／L；60～81Y：（0．83～1．33）mg/L。5个年龄组的CysC的浓度差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论调查本市1周龄以上肾功能正常人群CysC的浓度参考值范围，为相关疾病的诊断及疗效观察提供相关参数。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reference concentration of serum cysteine proteinase inhibitors C （ Cys C ） in healthy crowd of Foshan area. Methods The concentration of serum Cys C in 36322 healthy crowd was determined by immunoturbic assay.Results The concentration of Cys C among the five groups were 1W - 2M： （ 1.44 - 2.02 ）mg/L; 2 - 6M： （0.99 - 1.69 ）mg/L; 6M - 1Y： （0.78 - 1.24）mg/L; 2 - 60Y： （0.68 - 1.08 ）mg/L; 60 ~ 81Y： （0.83 - 1.33 ）mg/L. In different age groups, it showed statistic difference in the concentration of Cys C in serum （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It investigated that the reference value of serum Cys C in healthy crowd above 1 week, and could be a good indicator in corresponding disease. |
