固尔苏联合CPAP治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床研究

目的 探讨固尔苏联合持续正压通气（CPAP）治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的临床疗效。方法 对照组患儿单纯使用CPAP治疗；研究组患者在对照组治疗方法基础上联合使用固尔苏；对两组患儿治疗前后血气指标及疗效进行比较分析。结果研究组患者经治疗48h的总有效率88．89％明显高于对照组77．78％，死亡率5．56％，明显低于对照组11．11％（P〈O．05）；治疗后研究组pH、PaO2、PaO2/FiO2明显高于对照组，PaCO2明显低于对照组，数据经统计学比较具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论联合使用固尔苏和CPAP治疗NRDS取得了良好的临床疗效，对于尽快提高患儿动脉氧分压、改善呼吸功能具有积极作用。

Clinical Study of Curosurf and Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Treating in Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of curosurf and continuous positive airway pressure （CPAP）treating in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome （NRDS）. Methods Children in control group were treated by CPAP,and children in study group were treated by eurosurf combined with CPAP. Separately recording and analyzing the blood gas indexes and clinical effects before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates of study group 88.89% was significantly higher than control group 77.78% after treatment 48 hours （P〈0.05）. The pH,PaO2,PaO2/FiO2 of study group were significantly higher than control group and the PaCO2 were significantly higher than control group at any detection time after treatment （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The methods of eurosurf combined with CPAP treating in NRDS has good clinical effects,which could effectively improve the PaCO2 and children＇s respiratory function.
