腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术15例

目的观察腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术的临床疗效。方法总结分析2010年11月～2011年7月行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的15例患者的临床资料。结果手术均成功完成，全部患者恢复良好。平均手术时间150min，术中平均出血量98mL，平均住院时间11d。术后疼痛轻，无严重并发症，随访4～12个月无复发转移。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、胃肠道功能恢复快、住院时间短、术后并发症少、无复发等优点，可实现肿瘤根治的目的，值得在临床上推广应用。

Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer 15 Cases Report

Objective To observe the colorectal cancer laparoscopic radical surgery clinical curative effect. Methods Summary analysis from November 2010 to July 2011, laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer the clinical data of 15 cases. Results All the patients were performed successfully and recovered well. Average operation time was 150min, intraoperative average blood loss was 98mL, average length of hospital stay was 11 d, and postoperative pain light, no serious complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic patients with colorectal cancer has small trauma, pain light, quicker recovery of gastrointestinal function, length of hospital stay short, less postoperative complications, no relapse ere, and can achieve the purpose of tumor radical, it is worth in clinical application.
