台州沿海地区健康人群甲状腺结节状况调查

目的调查台州沿海地区健康体检人群中甲状腺结节患病率和流行病学特点。方法应用高频彩色超声对2005年1月～2011年6月20岁以上人群进行甲状腺B超检测。结果调查10273人次中甲状腺结节患病率为33．98％，男性患病率为31．50％，女性患病率为37．80％，男女间患病率差异有统计学意义（P=O．000）。同时对371例甲状腺结节人群进行5年随访，发生癌变36例占9．70％，均经术后病理诊断证实。结论调查地域健康人群中甲状腺结节发病率较高，且女性患病率高于男性。

Taizhou Coastal Areas Healthy Crowd of Thyroid Nodule Condition Investigation

Objective To survey the thyroid nodule rates and epidemiological characteristic in the heahhy crowd in Taizhou coastal areas. Methods Application of high frequency color ultrasonic B on thyroid of people over 20 years old from January 2005 to June 2011. Results Prevalence was 33.98% after survey in 10273 thyroid nodule,male prevalence was 31.50%,female prevalence was 37.80%,morbidity differences between men and women is statistically significant. At the same time, 5 years follow-up of 371 cases with thyroid nodule,36 cases 9.70% became cancerous,All was proved by postoperative pathologic diagnosis. Conclusion Thyroid nodule rates in this region was high in healthy people,and the prevalence of women is higher than men.
