在急诊患者中实施心理护理干预对心理情绪影响的研究

目的探讨对急诊患者实施心理护理对其心理情绪的影响。方法将来我院急诊科就诊的意外伤害患者75例按照随机数字表法分为对照组37例，给予常规的急诊科护理；观察组38例，在常规急诊科护理的基础上给予心理护理。对两组患者干预前和干预后的心理情绪采用焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表进行评分，对患者的满意度调查采用自编的护理工作满意度调查表进行。结果干预后与对照组比较，观察组焦虑、抑郁得分显著较低（P〈0．05）；与对照组的满意度调查率比较，观察组显著较高（P〈0．05）。结论对急诊患者在常规急诊护理的基础上给予心理护理能够使其焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪得到明显的缓解，使护理满意度得到显著的提高，提高护理效果。

Psychological Nursing Intervention for Patients with Psychological and Emotional Impact of Emergency Research

Objective To explore the impact on psychological and emotional impact of the implementation of emergency psychological care to patients. Methods All 75 patients with accidental injury in our hospital emergency department were randomly divided in two groups： the control group （37 cases ）received routine emergency department care; observation group （38 cases ）received psychological care on the bases of routine emergency department care. Observed the psychological of two groups before and after the intervention with emotional self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale score, patient satisfaction was surveyed with self care and job satisfaction survey. Results Compared with the control group after the intervention, anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were lower, there was significat difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the satisfaction rate of control group, the observation group was higher, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The emergency patients are given psychological care on the bases of routine emergency care, their negative emotions such as anxiety and depression could be significantly alleviated, nursing satisfaction improves significantly and improves the care effect.
