米非司酮治疗少量宫内妊娠残留的疗效观察

目的探讨米非司酮治疗少量宫内妊娠残留的可行性和有效性。方法将98例人流不全且经阴道彩超提示妊娠残留物直径〈15mm的患者随机分为两组：应用米非司酮治疗者为治疗1组（n=49），应用清宫治疗者为治疗2组（n=49）。结果治疗1组有效率为88％，2组有效率98％，两组比较无统计学差异（P=0．05）。结论应用米非司酮治疗少量宫内妊娠残留可减轻患者再次手术痛苦及创伤，有临床使用价值。

Evaluation of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Residual Substance in Cavity of Uterus

Objective To discuss the feasibility and validity of Mifepristone in treating a few intrauterine pregnancy residues. Methods Ninty-eight patients with incomplete abortion were randomized into two groups with pregancy residues diameter 〈 15 mm by transvaginal color dopplar ultrasound： the first group （n=49） received Mifepristone treatment and the second group （n=49） got complete curettage of uterine cavity. Results The effective rate of first group was 88% and second group 98%, with significant difference（ P=0.05 ）. Conclusion By comparing the two groups, the Mifepristone treatment for a few intrauterine pregnancy residues can avoid the reoperation pain and trauma for the patients, it has clinical usage value.
