甘草锌佐治肠炎对血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨甘草锌佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效，关注其对血清中超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）的影响，以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法收集170例在我院确诊为轮状病毒性肠炎的患儿，按人院顺序分为两组，观察组共85例，在常规治疗基础上加用甘草锌联合思密达治疗，对照组共85例，在常规治疗基础上加用思密达治疗，同时检测治疗前、治疗后血清中hs—CRP的含量，观察治疗对患儿的影响。结果观察组患儿治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组，观察组患儿治疗后血清中hs—CRP的减少值明显高于对照组。结论甘草锌联合思密达治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效明显，且能有效下调患儿血清中hs—CRP的含量，有效地抑制由hs—CRP引起的炎性级联反应，在临床治疗中可以积极应用。

The Efficacy and hs-CRP Change of Serum by Licorice Zinc in Children with Enteritis

Objective To observe the curative effect, hs-CRP change by licorice zinc in children with rotavirus enteritis, for accumulating the clinical experience, directing the clinical work. Methods All 170 children with rotavirus enteritis were divided into two groups. The control group （ 85 cases ） were treated by routine treatment and Smecta, the observation group （ 85 cases ） were added Smecta and licorice zinc treatment. We observed the efficacy and the change of hs-CRP after treatment in the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect was obviously better in the observation group than the control group. The change value of hs-CRP was obviously higher in the observation group after treatment. Conclusion The licorice zinc can improve the curative effect, regulate the expression of hs-CRP in children with rotavirus. Licorice zinc is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
