健康教育干预对手足口病并发脑炎患儿及家属知晓率的影响

目的探讨实施健康教育干预及系统的护理措施对手足口病并发脑炎患儿及家属知晓率的影响。方法58例手足口病并发脑炎患儿家属随机分为干预组和对照组各29例：对照组单纯进行常规宣教和治疗、护理；观察组给予系统化的健康教育及护理。比较两组患儿家属对手足口病及并发脑炎知识的知晓率以及两组患儿的皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消失时间、平均住院天数等。结果干预组对手足口病的完全知晓率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）.经过积极对症治疗后，干预组患儿的皮疹、口腔溃疡的消退时间及住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对手足口病并发脑炎患儿采取系统的健康教育及护理干预措施，提高了患儿家属对疾病的知晓率，使其能够积极配合治疗及护理，提高了治愈率。

The Effect of Health Education Interventions for Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease Family Members with Encephalitis in Children

Objective To investigate the effect of health education intervention for families and children with hand-foot-and -mouth disease with encephalitis. Methods All 58 cases children＇ s families of hand-foot-and-mouth disease with encephalitis were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 29 cases, the control group made a simple routine mission and treatment, nursing, and the observation group were given systematic health education, to compare two groups of the knowledge of the known, and other observation index. Results The intervention group full of hand-foot-and-mouth disease awareness was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And symptomatic treatment through active intervention group of children with skin rash, mouth ulcers subside significantly shorter than the control group, and hospital stay was significantly shorter （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The hand-foot-and-mouth disease with encephalitis to the system of health education interventions to improve awareness of the disease in children with their families to enable them to actively cooperate with treatment and care, improve the cure rate.
