早发型重度子痫前期108例临床分析

目的探讨早发型重度子痫前期的特点以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2008年1月～2009年12月住院分娩的108例重度子痫前期孕妇的临床资料，按发病孕周将患者分为两组：48例孕周≤32周为早发型重度子痫前期组，60例孕周〉32周为晚发型重度子痫前期组。结果各组孕妇并发症发生率、新生儿窒息以及胎儿窘迫发生率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早发型重度子痫前期发病早、病情重，对母婴危害大，严密监测母儿情况、适当延长孕周、剖宫产是早发型重度子痫前期的主要分娩方式。

Clinical Analysis of Characteristics about Early Onset Severe Preeclampsia in 108 Patients

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of early onset severe preeclampsia and the impact on the maternal outcome. Methods The clinical data about 108 patients with severe preeclampsia hospitalized from Jan 2008 to Dec 2009 was analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to their onset gestation ages： early onset severe preeclampsia group including 48 cases before 32 weeks of gestation and late onset severe preeclampsia group including 60 cases after 32 weeks of gestations. Results There were significant differences about severe complications of mother, the neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early onset severe preeclampsia has the characteristics of early onset and severe illness which has great harm to the mother and child. During the expectant treatment, the maternity and fetus should be closely monitored and prolonged pregnancy should be decided at the proper time; Cesarean section is the main way of delivery for the early onset severe preeclampsia.
