宁海县高血压患者生命质量及其影响因素调查分析

目的探讨宁海县高血压患者的生命质量及其影响因素。方法应用SF-36量表调查379例高血压患者及200例健康人的生命质量，比较各因子评分差异，并通过多元线性回归分析的方法分析高血压患者生命质量相关因素。结果高血压患者的生命质量均显著低于正常健康人群（P〈0．01）；年龄大、日常体育锻炼时间少、高血压防治知识得分低、性格内向、降压药物使用不规范、单身或离异或丧偶、有其他疾病病史者生命质量较低。结论高血压病影响患者生活质量，应针对其相关因素进行干预。

Analysis on Quality of Life and Influencing Factors in Patients with Hypertension in Ninghai County

Objective To investigate the effective factors of life quality in patients with hypertension in Ninghai county. Methods Life quality of 379 patients with hypertension and 200 health subjects were invested with SF-36 scole, and difference of score in every factor were contrasted, and the influencing factors to quality of life were analyzed with multiple linear regression model. Results The quality of life in patients with hypertension was significantly lower than that in health subjects （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Patients with hypertension who had older age, took less physical exercise, had less knowledge to hypertension, inturned withdrawn, used antihypertensive drugs not reasonablely, single, divorced or widowed, with other disease history had lower life quality. Conclusion Hypertension had effect to quality of life in patients, that shoud be interfere according to correlation factor.
