木糖醇注射液稀释泮托拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

目的 探讨木糖醇注射液稀释泮托拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡的可行性与临床疗效。方法 选取消化性溃疡患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组用木糖醇注射液稀释泮托拉唑钠，对照组用0．9％氯化钠注射液稀释。观察两组患者的临床疗效、用药时间与不良反应。结果 观察组与对照组临床总有效率分别为98．33％、96．67％，用药时间分别为（9．3±1．6）d，（9．6±1．8）d，不良反应发生率均为3．33％，两组上述各指标比较，均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论 木糖醇注射液可用于稀释泮托拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡，但应控制速度，缓慢静脉滴注。

Treating Peptic Ulcer by Pantoprazole Sodium Diluted by Xylitol Injection

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of treating peptic ulcer by pantoprazole sodium diluted by Xylitol injection. Methods Selecting 120 patients with peptic ulcer, and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly with 60 cases in each. Patients in observation group were given pantoprazole sodium with Xylitol injection, and patients in control group were given pantoprazole sodium with 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Comparing clinical efficacy, medication time and adverse reaction in 2 groups after treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group and control group were 98.33% and 96.67%, medication time were （9.3 ＋ 1.6）d and （9.6 ＋ 1.8）d respectively, and the adverse reactions incidence were both 3.33%, and there were no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Xylitol injection can be used for dilution of pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of peptic ulcer, but should control the speed, and slow intravenous infusion is advised.
