胃癌组织中nm23、PCNA的表达及临床意义

目的探讨胃癌组织中nm23、PCNA的表达及临床意义。方法选择我院2008年1月～2010年1月60例住院治疗的胃癌患者的经手术切除、临床资料完整的石蜡包埋组织，另外选择同期慢性浅表性胃炎组织40例、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生40例、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴异型增生40例作对照，应用sP免疫组化方法检测nm23、PCNA的阳性表达情况。结果nm23在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于慢性浅表性胃炎中的表达，也低于慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的阳性表达率，还低于慢性萎缩性胃炎伴异型增生组织中的阳性表达率，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。而PCNA的阳性表达在胃癌组织中明显高于其他胃部疾病的表达率（P〈0．01）。nm23、PCNA在胃癌组织中的阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别无关，但与胃癌的分化程度、病理分期以及淋巴结转移情况有关（P〈0．01）。结论nm23、PCNA在胃癌组织中的阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关。

The Expressions Clinical Significance of nm23, PCNA and in Gastric Cancer Tissue

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nm23, PCNA in gastric cancer. Methods All 60 cases of hospitalized patients with resected gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010, clinical data integrity paraffin-embedded tissue, another organization with chronic superficial gastritis, chronic with colon metaplasia atrophic gastritis, dysplasia associated with chronic atrophic gastritis, 40 cases as a control, the application of SP immunohistochemical method to detect nm23, PCNA positive expression. Results The positive expression rate of nm23 in gastric carcinoma was significantly lower than the chronic superficial gastritis, associated with colon metaplasia and dysplasia, chronic atrophic gastritis in the expression （P 〈 0.01 ）. While the PCNA positive expression in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than other stomach diseases expression （ P 〈0.01 ）. The positive expression of nm23, PCNA in gastric carcinoma, with age, sex, but with the tumor differentiation, pathologic stage and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The positive expression of nm23, PCNA in gastric carcinoma is related with tumor differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.
