儿童血培养标本病原菌构成及药敏分析

摘    要:目的探讨儿童血培养标本病原菌构成及药敏特点。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2010年7月1150份患儿血培养标本检测结果。结果1150份共分离出菌株120株,革兰阳性球菌58.33%,革兰阴性杆菌33.33%,真菌8.33%。革兰阳性球菌中表皮葡萄球菌对青霉素耐药93.33%,金黄色葡萄球菌对甲氧西林的耐药率为66.67%、凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌甲氧西林的耐药率为55.56%,万古霉素敏感100%(70/70)。革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄青霉素耐药率80.00%;大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌ESBL阳性率48.00%和33.3%,对碳青酶烯类敏感95.00%。真菌对5-氟胞嘧啶制霉菌素敏感性90.00%,对益康唑耐药70.00%。结论儿童血培养分离菌种分布广泛,且耐药菌株高,因此应加强血培养检测与药敏试验,以指导临床合理应用抗生素。

Children's Blood Culture Specimen Pathogen Composition and Medicine Sensitivity Analysis

Abstract:Objective To explore children blood culture specimen pathogen composition and drug susceptibility characteristics. Methods Retrospectively analyzed from January 2007 to July 2010 1150 of children blood culture specimen test results. Results All 1150 copies of isolated strains 120 strains, gram-positive cocci 58.33%, gram-negative bacilli 33.33%, fungi 8.33% its highest rate. Gram-positive staphylococcus epidermidis ball of drug resistance to penicillin 93.33%, staphylococcus aureus furbenicillin resistant to armor oxygen for 66.67%, coagulase-negative staphylococcus armour oxygen furbenicillin resistant, for 55.56% vancomycin sensitive 100% ( 70/70 ). Gram-negative bacilli resistant to penicillin ampicillin, ecological, Escherichia coli and pneumonia crayresearch ESBL rate 48.00%, bacteria, while on Carbapenems sensitive 95.00%. Fungi to 5-flucytosine making mould element of merchant 90.00%, sensitivity 70.00% paclobutrazol resistance. Conclusion Children's blood culture strains isolated bacteria were widely distributed and drug-resistant high, therefore, strengthen blood culture detection on susceptibility test guide clinical rational application of antibiotics.
