前后路联合手术治疗严重下颈椎损伤

【目的】评价前后路联合手术治疗严重下颈椎骨折脱位的临床疗效及价值。【方法】回顾分析17例严重下颈椎骨折脱住采用前后路联合减压内固定术患者的临床资料。【结果】随访10个月以上颈椎椎间隙高度及生理曲度维持良好，无内固定松动。12例脊髓不全损伤者神经功能获得改善。【结论】严重下颈椎骨折脱位选择前后路联合手术可获得彻底减压，满意复位及维持颈椎生理曲度。

Anterior-posterior Decompression and Stabilization for Serious Low Cervical Spine Injury

Objective]To evaluate the applicability and value of anterior-posterior decompression and stabilization for severe lower cervical spine injury. Methods]Seventeen cases with low serious cervical spine injury were treated by single-stage anterior-posterior decompression and stabilization. Posterior decompression and cervical pedicle screw plating were performed in all patients. All patients were undergone anterior cervical corpectomies in which iliac allograft was placed in 8 cases and ti-mesh cage in 4 cases, Results]The follow-up was 10 months in average, the normal intervertebral height and lordosis were maintained , there were no internal fixation complications, and 12 cases with incomplete neurological defect got improved postperatively. Conclusion]Single-stage anterior-posterior approach surgery can obtain an ideal reduction and immediate stability in severe lower cervical spine injury.
