大咯血窒息救治成功18例体会

目的通过总结大咯皿窒息的救治方法，探讨如何提高大咯血窒息的抢救成功率。方法回顾分析本院近期大咯血窒息抢救成功病例的抢救方法是及时用指血氧饱和度监测仪监测血氧饱和度、人工呼吸通气球囊高压给氧、床边支气管镜、机械通气等方法，首先保证供氧再行气道血块清除，并与以往传统的抢救方法体位引流、用吸引器吸出血块等方法抢救的成功率进行对比。结果传统抢救方法的成功率为47％～81％^[3,4]，而利用皮氧监测仪、人工呼吸通气球囊、支气管镜、机械通气等设备抢救18例肺结核大咯血窒息病例均抢救成功。结论大咯血窒息抢救成功的关键是窒息开始的4～6min保证大脑的供氧，及时监测氧饱和度，利用人工呼吸通气球囊、支气管镜、机械通气等设备能使大咯血窒息的抢救成功率明星提高。
