| 摘 要： | 介绍了PET／CT大型诊断系统中医用回旋加速器的辐射来源（主要包括瞬时辐射源一放射性核素和伴随产生的中子、α粒子、中子活化产物，以及中子在慢化吸收过程中产生的高能γ射线和放射性废物）与防护（制造中采用良好的真空系统、选用钽和碳等不易被活化的材料，仪器本身采用良好的自屏蔽系统，连锁保护、废物处理、剂量监测等）。
