动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

①目的探讨微创性子宫动脉栓塞术对子宫肌瘤的临床治疗效果。②方法对45例子宫肌瘤患者进行选择性双侧子宫动脉栓塞灌注碘油、PVA、明胶海绵,随访3~18个月,观察术后症状缓解、子宫缩小和肌瘤缩小的程度。③结果术后所有患者临床症状改善或消失,月经恢复正常,无严重并发症发生。术后3、6、12和18个月复查B超并与术前进行比较,可见子宫肌瘤均有不同程度的缩小,缩小率为40%~95%。④结论动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种微创性的治疗手段,可使肌瘤进行性缩小、临床症状改善,是子宫肌瘤临床治疗的又一种选择。

Clinical observation of the effect of uterine artery embolization on uterine myoma

Objective To observe the clinical effects of uterine artery embolization as minimally invasive techique on complaints uterine myoma.Methods Double of uterine arterial embolization with lipiodol,PVA,and gelatin foam was performed in 45 patients.The improvement of symptoms and uterine size changes were followedup in 3~18 months.Resuits All of clinical compliaints were move better or disappeared,the menstrual cycle was normal,no serious complications occurred.The uterus myoma size was dedreased by 40~95%.Conclusions Uterine artery embolization is a minimally invasive method for the treatment of uterine myoma showing effective in most patients with progressive reduction in size of the masses.
