| 摘 要： | 目的总结急性重症胰腺炎非手术治疗的适应证及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析62例急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床资料。结果本组患者62例，后期手术2例，非手术治疗成功率达96.8％，手术率仅为3.2％。无并发症，无死亡患者。结论急性重症胰腺炎非手术治疗疗效明显，成功率较高，但需要严密观察和严格掌握适应证。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up indications and treatment of non-surgical of acute severe pancreatitis treatment. Methods 62 eases of severe acute pancreatitis clinical data were analyzed by retrospective methos. Results Two cases were post-surgical and non-surgical treatment success rate was 96.8% and there were no complications and deaths. Conclusion Non-surgical treat- ment of acute severe pancreatitis was obvious and the success rate was high. |
