| 摘 要： | 目的 :扩增培养纯化的大鼠毛囊真皮鞘细胞。方法 :以新生SD大鼠毛囊为原材料 ,机械法分离真皮鞘 ,胶原酶消化 ,获取毛囊真皮鞘细胞 ,体外培养 ,并免疫组化方法鉴定细胞。结果 :通过消化法成功培养了大鼠毛囊真皮鞘细胞 ,并扩增至第六代。结论 :本方法可以快速高效的获得大量真皮鞘细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective:To culture pure dermal sheath c ells form hair follicle of rat.Method:Separated the dermal sheath form the hair follicle of newborn rat s and digested by collagenase to get dermal sheath cells (DS). Cultured the D S cells in vitro, and identified these cells by immunohistochemistry.Re sult:We succeeded to get dermal sheath cells from hair follicle of rats , and expande d to 6th passage.Conclusion:This method can provide enough derm al sheath cells quickly and efficiently . |
