SCE结合淋巴细胞微核率对诊断恶性肿瘤的研究

摘    要:本文以SCE(姐妹染色单体互换)及淋巴细胞微孩率为指标检测了28例恶性肿瘤患者,51例相应疾病患者,33例恶性肿瘤者的一级亲属,28例正常人,结果表明恶性肿瘤患者的SCE和淋巴细胞微核率都显著增高(P<0.01),SCE和微核率显著正相关(r=0.98,P<0.01),认为SCE和微核率反映了两种不同的细胞遗传效应的损伤,是染色体不稳定性的表现,而染色体不稳定性是恶性肿瘤的物质基础。

Abstract:We stuied the SCE and dricronuclear rates of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 28 cases of malignant neoplasms, 51 cases of homologous diseases , 33 cases of first degree relatives of malignant neoplasms and 28 cases of normal persons. The results showed a highly significant difference(p<0.01) in SCE and Ancronuclear rates of malignant neoplasms. The SCE and micronuclear rates were correlated with each other (r = 0. 98, p<0. 01). We believed that SCE and micronuclear rates reflected two different damages in cell heredity effct and that they were expressions of chromosome instability, while chromosome instability was the substance base of producing malignant neoplasms.
