摘    要:目的评价新鲜羊膜移植、自体角膜缘干细胞移植、新鲜羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘移植3种不同术式的临床效果。方法对114例(114眼)翼状胬肉随机分组,其中56眼用新鲜羊膜移植,30眼用自体角膜缘干细胞移植,28眼采用新鲜羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植3种不同方法进行治疗。术后随访3—6月,分析、对比3种不同手术复发率。结果采用新鲜羊膜移植术后复发4眼(7.14%),自体角膜缘干细胞移植复发2眼(6.67%),联合手术术后复发2眼(7.14)。结论羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉降低了复发率,是治疗翼状胬肉较好的手术方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation,corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation and fresh amniotic membrane transplantation with corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation.Methods 114 patients(114 eyes) were randomly divided into three groups:fresh anmiotic membrane transplantation 56 eyes,coneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation 30 eyes,fresh amniotic membrane with corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation 28 eyes.All patients had been fllow up for 6-36 months,then compared and analyzed the efficacy in different ptergium.Results The recurrence rate was 8% in group fresh anmiotic membrane transolantation;the recurrence rate was 8.3% in group corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation;and the recurrence rate was 7.02% in fresh amniotic membrane with corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation.Conclusions The ptergium recurrence rate was reduced with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation with corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation.
