大型仪器设备网上预约共享平台建设探索

针对目前各大高校大型仪器共享管理存在的问题，根据“专管公用，预约共享”理念，探索构建由共享设备信息查询、仪器在线预约、用户管理、仪器使用计费等基本功能模块组成的大型仪器共享平台网上预约管理系统。该系统能够弥补传统仪器预约管理的不足，提高大型仪器使用效率，促进大型仪器开放和共享。

ExpIoration on Construction of OnIine-Booking and Sharing PIatform for Large-ScaIe Instruments and Equipment

To solve the problems that exist in large-scale instruments and equipment sharing management in uni-versities presently ,online booking management system for large scale instrument sharing platform was explored and constructed based on the concept of “specialist management for public use ,reservation sharing”.The system is con-sists of some basic function modules ,including information query of shared devices ,online booking of instrument ,user administration ,online billing of instrument usage ,etc.The system can remedy the insufficient of traditional instrument reservation management ,improve the efficiency of large-scale instruments usage and promote the opening and sharing of large instruments.
