卡前列素氨丁三醇预防剖宫产产后出血的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的:观察卡前列素氨丁三醇预防有产后出血高危因素的剖宫产产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2014年4月120例正常单胎生产,且有产后出血高危因素的剖宫产产妇病例,将其分为观察组60例和对照组60例。观察组产妇在胎儿娩出后子宫肌层注射缩宫素20IU,卡前列素氨丁三醇250μg,卡前列甲酯栓2枚纳肛;对照组在胎儿娩出后宫肌注射缩宫素20IU,卡前列甲酯栓2枚纳肛。分别记录两组产妇合并的高危因素种数,产后出血量,术后住院天数和手术时间,产后出血发生率等指标。结果两组在手术时间,产后出血量,产后出血发生率等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇用于有产后出血高危因素产妇的剖宫产术可有效促进子宫收缩,明显减少术中、术后出血量,减少产后出血发生率。

Clinical Effect Observation on Carboprost Tromethamine in the Prevention of Cesarean Delivery Postpartum Hemorrhage
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the hemostasis and prognosis effect of carboprost tromethamine to the pre-vention of cesarean delivery postpartum hemorrhage.METHODS Analyze the clinical data of 120 normal single birth caesarean section maternals that have risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage from January 2012 to April 2014.Maternals were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observationgroup maternals were given oxytocin 20IU,carboprost tromethamine 250μg uterine muscle injection and 2 carboprostmethylate suppositories (1mg) for rectal administration.The control group maternals were given oxytocin20IU uterine muscle injection and 2 carboprost methylate suppositories (1mg) for rectal administration.The numberof risk factors,hemorrhage volume,postoperative hospitalization days,time of operation,rate of postpartum hemorrhagewere recorded.RESULTS There was a remarkable difference in the time of operation,hemorrhage volume and therate of postpartum hemorrhage between the observation group and control group (P <0.05).CONCLUSION Thecarboprost tromethamine can effectively reduces the time of operation,hemorrhage volume and the rate of postpartumhemorrhage,promote uterine contractions.
