| 摘 要： | 目的：观察芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于无痛人流的临床麻醉效果以及安全性。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月我院收治的106例自愿接受无痛人流手术的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各53例,对照组使用丙泊酚进行麻醉,而观察组使用芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉,观察两组临床麻醉效果。结果观察组取得的临床效果明显优于对照组P＜0．05,有统计学意义。结论对于自愿接受无痛人流的患者使用芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉可以取得良好的麻醉效果,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the anaesthesia effect and security of fentanyl combined with propofol used in painless abortion.METHODS From June 2014 to June 2015,106 cases of our hospital voluntarily received pain-less abortion surgery , randomly divided into observation group and control group , each group of 53 cases.Control group using propofol anesthesia ,and observation group using fentanyl combined propofol anesthesia .the clinical anes-thesia effects of two groups were observing .RESULTS The clinical effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSION Patients undergoing painless abortion , fentanyl combined propofol anesthesia can obtain good anaesthesia effect ,worth clinical promotion . |
