不同种质资源山药同属药材腺苷含量比较分析

目的：探明不同种质资源山药同属药材作为山药商品药材使用的依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定不同种质资源山药同属药材腺苷含量。结果不同种质资源山药同属药材褐苞薯蓣、参薯和山薯腺苷平均含量分别为0.1250%、0.0850%和0.0950%，其中褐苞薯蓣和山薯的腺苷含量高于薯蓣根茎（山药）腺苷含量（0.0946%）。种质来源于福建邵武产褐苞薯蓣、福建永春参薯、广西合浦山薯的腺苷含量为相应类群药材中腺苷含量最高，分别为0.2163%、0.2018%和0.1201%。结论褐苞薯蓣、参薯和山薯作为山药长期药用及食用是有科学根据的。

Comparative Analysis of Adenosine Contents of the Medicinal Materials from the Different Germplasm Resources of the Same Genus as Yam

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To explore the scientific basis for he medicinal materials from the different germplasm resources ( GR) of the same genus as yam be used to replace Rhizoma Dioscoreae commodity.METHODS The a-denosine contents of these medicinal materials, such as D.persimilis Prain et Burkill, D.alata Linn.and D.fordii Prain et Burkill,were determined by the methods of High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC).RESULTS The adenosine average contents of the rhizomes of D.persimilis, D.alata and D.fordii, which were 0.1250%、0.0850% and 0.0950%.Respectively,the contents of adenosine in the rhizomes of D.persimilis and D.fordii were higher than Dioscorea opposita Thunb.( 0.0946%) .The highest contents of adenosine in the rhizomes of D.persimilis,D.alata and D.fordii were 0.2163% from Fujian Shaowu GR,0.2018% from Fujian Yongchun GR, 0.1201% from Guangxi Hepu GR, respectively.CONCLUSION The rhizomes of D.persimilis, D.alata and D.fordii as a long-term medicinal and edible yam is based on science.
