| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定和胃止痛胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用依利特Hypersil ODS2（5μm，4.6mm ×250mm）为色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-0.025mol· L －1磷酸二氢钾溶液（含十二烷基硫酸钠0.17％）（1∶1，V／V），检测波长为265nm，流速为1.0mL· min －1。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.2118～3.3888μg（r＝0.9998），平均加样回收率（n＝9）为98.4％，RSD为0.55％。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好，可用于和胃止痛胶囊的质量控制。

Content Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Stomach Pain Cap-sule by HPLC |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determining the content of berberine hydrochloride in stomach pain capsule.METHODS Using the HPLC method to Yilite hypersil ods2 (5μm,4.6mm x 250mm) col-umn, The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.025mol · L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution ( containing 0.17%sodium dodecyl sulfate ) ( 1∶1 , V/V ) , the detection wavelength was 265 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1.RESULTS The linear range of the berberine hydrochloride for 0.2118 to 3.3888μg(r=0.9998).The av-erage recovery( n=9) was 98.4%,RSD was 0.55%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and repro-ducible. |
