神经刺激仪引导下罗哌卡因在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中的应用价值

目的：探讨神经刺激仪引导下罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞麻醉对运动与感觉分离阻滞的临床应用。方法筛选我院行上肢手术的患者100例作为研究对象。随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组采用传统一针法，观察组在神经刺激仪引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞，比较两组患者神经阻滞完善时间等情况。结果观察组麻醉操作时间明显小于对照组，且尺神经阻滞完善率优于对照组；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组， P＜0.05。结论神经刺激仪引导罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞麻醉可有效降低麻醉操作时间，并可提高臂丛神经阻滞效果，具有临床应用及推广价值。

Application Value of Nerve Stimulator Guided Ropivacaine in Brachial Plexus Block Anesthesia

OBJECTIVE Explore the effect of nerve stimulator guided of ropivacaine in brachial plexus block anesthesia of sensory and motor block separation of clinical application.METHODS 100 cases of upper limb sur-gery in our hospital were selected as research objects.Randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,observation group patients were treated by nerve stimulator guided interscalene brachial plexus block in mus-cle.RESULTS In the observation group anesthesia operation time was significantly less than that in the controlgroup,and the observation group patients with ulnar nerve block improvement rate was significantly better than thecontrol group.CONCLUSION The nerve stimulator guide ropivacaine for brachial plexus block anesthesia,withclinical application and popularization value.
