HPLC法同时测定桑菊止咳合剂中绿原酸、连翘苷、黄芩苷

目的：建立同时测定桑菊止咳合剂中绿原酸、连翘苷和黄芩苷的 HPLC 方法。方法色谱柱为 Agilent ZORBAX SB－C18柱（250mm ×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇－0．2％磷酸溶液，线性梯度洗脱，体积流量为1．0mL? min －1，检测波长为324、280nm，柱温35℃。结果绿原酸、连翘苷、黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0．0021～0．0471μg、0．0064～0．1269μg、0．03852～0．7703μg，平均加样回收率分别为97．8％、96．4％、99．3％。结论该方法简便、快速、准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

SimuItaneous Determination of ChIorogenic Acid,Forsythin, and BaicaIin in Sangjuzhike Mixture by DuaI-waveIength HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining chlorogenic acid , for-sythin,and baicalin in Sangjuzhike mixture .METHODS HPLC assay was carried out using an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column with columntemperature at 35℃;The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution as gradient elution with flowing rate of 1.0 mL? min-1;And the detection wavelengths were 324 and 280 nm.RESULTS The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid ,forsythin,and baicalin were 0.0021~0.0471μg,0.0064~0.1269μg and 0.03852~0.7703μg respectively ,and the average recoveries of three components were 97.8%,96.4%and 99.3%respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple ,quick and accurate ,and may be used for the quality control of the mixture.
