摘 要: | 目的:建立测定芒硝中硫酸根的离子色谱方法。方法选用DIONEX Ion Pac AS11-HC(4mm ×250mm)色谱柱,淋洗液为30mmol· L -1氢氧化钾溶液,流速为1.0mL· min -1,电导检测器。结果硫酸根在1~200μg· mL -1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994).其高中低3种浓度的平均回收率分别为96.7%(n=9)。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于芒硝的质量控制。

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop an ion chromatography method for determination of Sulfate Radical in Nat-rii Sulfas.METHODS The separation was performed on DIONEX Ion Pac AS11-HC (4mm ×250mm) column elu-ted with 30mmol· L-1 Potassium hydroxide flowrate of 1mL· min -1 by using conductivity detector.RESULTS Sulfate Radical showed good linearity (r=0.9994) in the range of 1~200μg· mL-1,and the average recovery was 96.7%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is accurate,sensitive and simple.It can be used for the quality con-trol of Natrii Sulfas. |
