药学干预对多药联合治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效分析

目的：分析2型糖尿病（ T2DM）于多药联合治疗基础上行药学干预的临床疗效。方法选取本院2014年1月～2016年1月收治的T2DM患者106例临床资料予以回顾性地分析，根据临床所用不同治疗和护理方案分成两组，将行多药联合医治47例患者设为对照组，将于对照组基础上行药学干预59例患者设为观察组，对两组血糖改善情况、用药偏差率及不良反应进行对比。结果观察组在两组治疗后 FBG、2hPG与HbA1c值均改善基础上，其改善幅度比对照组显著（P ＜0．05）；观察组用药偏差率均比对照组低，且总不良反应率1．69％较对照组21．28％低（ P＜0．05）。结论 T2 DM患者于多药联合治疗基础上行药学干预的临床疗效显著，能够改善患者血糖水平，减少用药偏差及不良反应发生，具有临床推广价值。

AnaIysis of PharmaceuticaI Intervention on MuItidrug Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Combination Therapy

OBJECTIVE To analyze the type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2 DM ) in multi-drug combination therapy based on the uplink pharmaceutically intervention clinical efficacy .METHODS A study in our hospital from Janu-ary 2014 -January 2016 admitted T2 DM patients with clinical data of 106 cases were analyzed retrospectively be di-vided into two groups according to the different clinical treatment and care programs ,will join the line of multi-drug treatment 47 patients provided the control group ,the control group will be based on the uplink interference pharma-ceutically observation group 59 patients,two groups of glucose to improve the situation ,the rate of medication error and adverse reactions were compared.RESULTS The observation group after treatment,FBG,2hPG and HbA1c values were improved on the basis of its magnitude of improvement than the control group significantly ( P<0.05 );the observation group medication error rate is lower than the control group ,and the total adverse reaction rate 1.69 %21.28%lower than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The clinical efficacy in patients with T2DM in multi-drug combination therapy based on the uplink pharmaceutical interventions significantly improve blood sugar levels in patients can reduce medication error and adverse reactions ,have clinical value.
