通脉灵大鼠长期毒性实验研究

目的：观察大鼠长期重复接受通脉灵后的毒性反应,评价它的安全性。方法 SD大鼠160只随机分为4组：对照组、通脉灵高、中、低剂量组,每组20只,雌雄各半。通脉灵干膏粉用蒸馏水配制不同浓度的药液,相当于人用剂量的80、40、20倍,连续灌胃给药180 d后停药,继续饲养30天。观察动物给药期和停药期的一般状况,体重变化;在给药180d和停药后30d,用乙醚麻醉后分别处死四分之三量和四分之一量,心脏取血,行血生化和血液学指标检测;取大鼠主要脏器称重计算脏器系数,并进行脏器组织学检查。结果通脉灵三个剂量组给药期和停药恢复期大鼠的体重、血液学、血生化学指标、脏器指数与对照组比较没有统计学上的显著差异,组织学检查均未见形态学改变,无造成明显的毒性反应和继发性毒性反应。结论大鼠长期毒性实验表明通脉灵是安全的。

Study of Chronic Toxicity of TongMaiLing

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To observe the long-term toxicity effect of TongMaiLing( TML) on rats and assess the safety of TML.METHODS TML was administrated to rats orally by three dosages 4.877g· kg -1 ,2.438g· kg-1 and 1.219g· kg-1 for 180 days.Observed the general condition of rats in this period,dissected three fourths amount of rats in each group,viewed the indication of hematology,took the blood biochemical analysis,calculated the organ coefficient and did the histopathologic examination of tissues.Then ceased administrating TML to the residual amount of rats in each group, let them recovered for 30 days.The above indexes were detected again.RESULTS There were no significantly difference happened,no change of organization form happen among the control group and the three dosage groups statistically.CONCLUSION TML is safe for rat.
