| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性分析总结以清热利湿活血方案联合西药治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：治疗的难治性肾病综合征患者60例，其中采用中药清热利湿活血方案联合西药治疗30例（列为治疗组），单纯采用西药治疗30例（列为对照组），对两组进行分析比较，随访1年观察前后两组24h尿蛋白定量，血浆白蛋白，肾功能的变化。结果：治疗1年总缓解率分别为93、3％75及73、3％，（P〈0．05）。结论：清热利湿活血方案联合西药治疗难治性肾病综合征具有明显优势。
