| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区护士对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的认知状况。方法采用自行设计的问卷对94名社区护士进行调查分析。结果不同层次的社区护士对COPD相关知识普遍缺乏,曾经参加过与未参加COPD相关知识培训的护士对COPD相关知识的得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论社区护士缺乏慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关知识,有关职能部门应加强对社区护士系统化、规范化的培训。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the cognition to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）among community nurses.Methods 94 community nurses were investigated with designing questionnaire.Results Most of the community nurses lacked knowledge of COPD.The nurses with COPD knowledge train were got more scores than that without COPD knowledge train.Conclusion Administrative department should strengthen systemic and standard training to community nurses. |
