摘    要:目的:建立了火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定匹伐他汀钙中钙含量。方法:采用钙空心阴极灯,检测波长422.7nm,狭缝宽0.7H,灯电流10mA。结果:钙元素浓度在0.00~20.00mg·L^-1范围内,浓度与吸光度相关性良好,r=0.9999,精密度RSD为0.3%,平均回收率为101.6%。结论:该方法操作简便、专属性强,可以为同类药物的馈量控制提供参考。

Abstract:Objectives:To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of calcium in Pitavastatin Calcium. Methods:Calcium lamp was used with the wavelength at 422. 7nm. The slim width was set at 0. 7H. Results:The calibration range was from 0. 00 to 20. 00 mg·L^-1 , r =0. 999 9. The precision RSD was 0. 3% and the average recovery was 101.6%. Conclnsions:The method is simple and special, and it can be used for the quality control of statins.
