摘    要:目的:探讨一氧化氮在顺铂的耳毒性、肾毒性机制中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法研究顺铂中毒对诱导型一氧化氮合酶活性的影响。结果:正常对照组豚鼠的耳蜗螺旋器、肾小球、肾小管的上皮细胞呈免疫组化阴性染色;而实验组的耳蜗螺旋器的内、外毛细胞,肾近曲小管、远曲小管的上皮细胞呈免疫组化阳性染色。结论:一氧化氮可能在顺铂的耳毒性、肾毒性中起重要作用。

Study on ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity of cisplatin in nitric oxide

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the role of nitric oxide in the mechanism of ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity of cisplatin.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to see the change of induced nitric oxide synthase before and after cisplatin was injected to guinea pigs.Results:There was intense immunohistochemical staining to inducible nitric oxide synthase in inner hair cells and outer hair cells of the cochlea and the cells of proximal convoluted tubules and distal convoluted tubules of the experimental group while there was negative reaction in those cells of the control group.Conclusions:Nitric oxide maybe play an important role in ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity of cisplatin.
