血压调控与高血压脑出血早期血肿扩大的临床研究

目的探讨积极控制血压能否降低高血压脑出血患者早期血肿扩大的发生率。方法原发性高血压性脑出血病例共72例，随机分成试验组37例及对照组35例，试验组在常规治疗的基础上，2h内将收缩压降至170mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）左右，对照组采用常规治疗。结果试验组血肿扩大发生率为8．1％；对照组血肿扩大发生率为31．4％，两组血肿扩大发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论如果高血压脑出血患者早期血压有明显升高，对其进行积极的降压治疗，可以明显降低早期血肿扩大的发生率。

Blood perssure control and early enlargement of hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate whether controlling blood pressure actively can decrease ratio of early hematoma enlargment in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 72 patients suffering form hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were included in the study.Those patients were divided randomly into testing group and controlling group.Patients were treated with conventional therapy in combination with lowering systolic pressure to 170 mm Hg in testing group,and only with conventional therapy in controlling group.Results Ratio of early hematoma enlargement was 8.1 percent in testing group,and it was 31.4 percent in controlling group. There was significant difference in ratio early enlargement of hematoma between the two groups.Conclusions Controlling blood pressure actively can decrease ratio early enlargement of hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
