银杏达莫注射液对断指再植术后患者血液流变学的影响

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液对断指再植术后患者血液流变学的影响及机制。方法将27例断指再植术后患者随机分为2组:观察组予银杏达莫注射液25 mL加入5%葡萄糖液250 mL中静脉滴注,2次/d;对照组予低分子右旋糖酐注射液250 mL静脉滴注,2次/d。其余按断指再植术后处理方法处理。分别于术后0.5 h、1 d、5 d、10 d取静脉血检测血液流变学各项指标。结果观察组17指成活15指,成活率88%;对照组14指成活12指,成活率86%。2组患者血液流变学各项指标在术后0.5 h1、d明显升高,术后5 d、10 d明显降低,2组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);同组比较,术后0.5 h1、d与术后5 d1、0 d有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论银杏达莫注射液能显著改善断指再植术后患者血液流变学指标,其机制可能与银杏达莫注射液对断指再植术后患者缺血再灌注血管内皮细胞有保护作用有关。

Effect of Yinxingdamo injection on hemorheology in patients after amputated finger replanting operation

Objective It is to explore the effect of Yinxingdamo injection on hemorheology in patients after amputated fin-ger replanting operation and its mechanism. Methods 27 patients accepted finger replanting operation were randomly divided into 2 groups after operation. Observation group was given Yinxingdamo injection 25 mL + 5 % GS 250 mL by intravenous drip twice a day. Control group was given low molecular dextran 250 mL by intravenous drip twice a day. Other treatment followed as normal method after finger replanting operation. Vein blood was gotten to determine every index of hemorheology in 0.5 h, 1 d, 5 d and 10 d after operation. Results The survival rate was 88% (15/18) in observation group, and 86% (12/14) in control group. All the indexes of hemorheology in both groups increased obviously in 0.5 h and ld after opera-tion, and decreased in 5 d and 10 d after operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Compared with the indexes in 0.5 h or 1 d and 5 d or 10 d after operation, the difference was significant (P < 0.01 ). Con-clusion Yinxingdamo injection can significantly improve the indexes of hemorheology in patients after amputated finger re-planting operation. The mechanism may be related with its protection for blood endothelial cell after ischemia-reperfusion in-duced by the injury.
