胃肠道非霍奇金淋巴瘤介入治疗与静脉化疗的对比分析

摘    要:目的探讨胃肠道非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的治疗方法。方法对71例胃肠道NHL患者手术前后分别采用介入治疗(治疗组,41例)和静脉化疗(对照组,30例),用药方案选用CHOP方案,给药途径不同,对两组患者肿瘤的坏死情况、5年生存率及毒副作用进行对比分析。结果治疗组肿瘤变性坏死总有效率、≥5年生存率(分别为85.37%、78. 05%)明显高于对照组(分别为53.33%、40.00%),P均<0.01;副作用发生率也明显减少(P<0.01)。结论胃肠道 NHL手术前后介入治疗效果优于静脉化疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate an effective therapy for gastrointestinal non - Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Methods Before and after surgeries for seventy - one patients with NHL, forty - one of them received interventional therapy (enrolled in the therapeutic group) and thirty of them were given chemotherapy i. v. (enrolled in the control group), respectively. A CHOP regimen was selected, and the drugs administration was different. The necrosis, 5-survival rate and adverse event comparison of the therapeutic group versus the control group had been performed. Results In the therapeutic group, the total effective rate of tumor necrosis and ≥5 - year survival rate (85.37% and 78.05% , respectively) were higher than those in the control group (53.33% and 40.00% , respectively) , P <0.01. The incidence of adverse events were also lower ( P <0. 01). Conclusion Before and after surgery for gastrointestinal (NHL), the effectiveness of interventional therapy were better than chemotherapy, i. v..
