某市人群艾滋病知识现状及艾滋病高危人群高危行为调查

目的：了解不同人群艾滋病预防知识知晓现状及部分艾滋病高危人群的高危行为，确定我市健康教育的内容和方法，为进一步做好我市艾滋病防治工作提供指导依据。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法，对我市三县一区的政府官员，城镇和农村居民，在校初、高中学生，宾馆、饭店的服务人员，性病门诊就诊者，性服务人员7类人群进行问卷调查。结果：7类人群艾滋病知识总体知晓率分别为：政府官员74．6％，性病门诊就诊者68．7％，性服务人员67．5％，宾馆、饭店服务人员64．7％，城镇居民64．4％，中学生58．4％，农村居民57．9％。7类人群艾滋病知识得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。政府官员的得分显著高于其它6类人群（P〈0．05）；中学生和农村居民的得分均明显低于其它5类人群（P〈0．05）；最近一星期内性服务人员每次性交易都使用安全套的占29、9％。结论：7类人群艾滋病知识总体掌握情况一般：7类人群无偿献血知识知晓率均很低；性服务人员安全套的使用率比较低。今后，应充分发挥当地各种形式的宣传媒介和可利用卫生资源，开展形式多样的宣传教育，使社会各类人群掌握预防艾滋病和无偿献血知识，同时开展对高危人群行为干预工作，提高高危人群安全套使用率，防止艾滋病的流行。

THE INVESTIGATION INTO AIDS KNOWLEDGE AMONG SEVEN KINDS OF POPULATIONS AND HIGH RISK BEHAVIOR OF AIDS HIGH RISK POPULATION IN LIAOCHENG CITY

Objective:To understand the current situation of AIDS knowledge among different populations and high risk behavior among AIDS high risk population in Liaocheng and to define the contents and ways of health education,so as to control the epidemic of AIDS.Methods:Stratified cluster sampling was used Data was collected from different populations which include government official,towner,countrymen,high school student,waitresses in entertainment setting,STD clinic clients and sex workers,and 2 612 cases were surveyed by questionnaires.Results:The rate of the right answers were 74.6%,68.7%,67.5%,64.7%,64.4%,58.4%,57.9% respectively in seven kinds populations.There were significant differences (P<0.001)in the rate of AIDS knowledge among seven kinds population.The rate of government official was significantly higher than the other six kinds population(P<0.05)and the rate of high school student and countrymen was significantly lower than the other five kinds population(P<0.05).Of the sex workers,29.9% used condoms persistently within last one week.Conclusion:The current situation of AIDS knowledge among seven populations were common and the rate of right answers to volunteer blood donation related knowledge was very low;The rate of condom use was low among the female commercial sex workers.It is necessary to make them learn more knowledge on HIV/AIDS through comprehensive health education.And it is necessary to make full use of the local medias and all kinds of health resources to develop propagandize among them,in the meantime,to conduct high risk behavior intervention among high risk population and enhance the rate of condom use among female sex workers to control the epidemic of AIDS.
