米槁心乐滴丸对动物药效学的研究

摘    要:[目的]观察米槁心乐滴丸对实验动物耐缺氧及血液流变学的影响。[方法]利用肾上腺素复制大鼠急性“血瘀”证模型和应用常压耐缺氧实验方法,观察米槁心乐滴丸口服给药对大鼠模型防治作用。[结果]米槁心乐滴丸能提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,对大鼠“血瘀”证有防治作用。[结论]米槁心乐滴丸可明显降低心肌耗氧量和改善血液流变性。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the effects of Migaoxinle Dripping Pills(Migao Cinnamon and Bulbus Allii Macrostemi)(MDP) on mice with resistance to hypoxemia and hemorrheology.[Methods] The blood stasis syndrome models of mice was built using adrenalin(Adr) and the normal resistance to hypoxemia was used,MDP was given through po.to observe its effects of protection and treatment.[Results] MDP could increase the ability of resistance to hypoxemia and have protective and treatment effects of mice with blood stasis syndrome.[Conclusion] MDP could significantly decrease the oxygen consumption of cardiac muscle and improve the hemorrheological parameters.
