通降和胃汤合胃达喜治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察

目的 观察通降和胃汤合胃达喜治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法 治疗组３２例，予通降和胃汤（日１剂，水煎２次分服）合西药胃达喜（每次０．５ｇ，每日３次次，餐后１ｈ服），８周为１个疗程；对照组２６例服用金泉胃炎胶囊（每次２粒，每日３次）及吗丁啉（每次１０ｍｇ，每日３次），疗程同治疗组。２组病例疗效进行统计学对比分析。结果 治疗组治愈率６２．５％，总有效率９６．９％，明显优于西药对照组１７．９％、６７．９

Therapeutic effect of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on 57 cases of bile - regurgitationai gastritis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integration of Tongjianghewei decoction and Weidaxi tablet on bileregurgitational gastritis. Methods 57 patients with bileregurgitational gastritis were randomly divided in to two groups. In control group (n=25) integration of domperidone tablet and Jinquan gastritis capsule was taken orally and in treatment group (n32) integration of Tongjianghewei decoction and Weidaxi tablet (2 tablet, three times a day) was applied, with a course of 8 weeks. Results Curing rate and effective rate (in treatment group (62.5%, 96.9%) were higher than that in control group (17.9%, 67.9%, P< 0.01). Conclusions Integration of Tongjianghewei decoction and Weidaxi tablet can produce definite effect on bileregurgitational gastritis.
